Hello, just wanted to let everyone know that the summer schedule is up for
Italotreno and Trenitalia. If you are booking from Canada and trying to book on Italotreno.it, your credit card might be declined (not by Credit card company) but I understand they are having issues with the online booking. You need to call them to book. If you follow the online process first and fill in all your details right to the end then enter your payment options and it comes back declined, then call. They can pull up your details from the online booking, then you just give them your payment details. I found by booking this way, there was little room for error or mis-communication as they had everything right infront of them. We used Skype from Canada (just incase it makes a difference), and dialed: 011 39 06 07 08. We instantly got through to an agent and I just asked to speak with someone who speaks English. Great experience and they were very friendly.
