Italty: train resverations online no confirmation email

I ordered two tickets on line for train no. 9409 for March 21 departing at 10:27 but I did not receive a confirmation email. My visa card was charged for these tickets. How can I contact Trenitalia? There is not a email address on their web site. Please send confirmation to [email protected] Thanks,

did you check your spam folder? Sometimes emails from Italy end up there.
