I will be arriving at Rome Tiburtina Station by taxi to catch an Italo train. Is it difficult to locate Casa Italo at this station? I have not been there before.

No, it is very easy. About half way across the connecting bridge over the platforms. Go up the escalators and keep going.
If you have your ticket already (a smart move) just go to the appropriate platform. It is indicated on large display screens.
