It helps in searching for info if it is spelled right. Bernini is the Italian sculptor. Bernina is the Swiss train (and also a fancy sewing machine).
And the train ends at Tirano, on the Italian-Swiss border. Not Tirana which is the capital of Albania.
From Tirano you can continue to Lugano in Switzerland, on the lake. ( Not nearby Locarno, on a different lake). All covered with a Swiss Travel Pass ( except for the seat reservation fee). ( Edited)
