Issues with TAP Airlines online booking - UPDATE

Just wondering if anyone else has had issues booking flights on the TAP Airlines website. I've gone through the entire process 3X's and as soon as I click to pay, I get an error message that the flight selections can no longer be booked and to search again. It's the same flights I keep choosing as they are still showing available, but I cannot get to the payment page to finalize.

I'll try again tomorrow, but was just wondering if this is a usual problem or just me.

EDIT: After my 6th attempt over 3 days, I was finally able to make my reservations! Now I just cannot find where to enter my Global Entry Number :P)

A couple of things may be happening. Sometimes you are only allowed a limited time to complete transaction before the page times out. But if you’ve done it quickly this probably isn’t your problem of a timed out page.

Also are you doing this on an iPad, computer or phone through their website or app? Try switching to a different devise and just going through their website. Apps and iPads give us problems with transactions sometimes where a website and computer will work. Also try different browsers like Safari vs Chrome.

I had a similar issue a couple of weeks ago. TAP wouldn't work on my iPad, but worked on my Windows laptop using Chrome browser.

Thank you both for your replies, but now I am really confused. I received an email with the flights I was looking at asking if I want to go ahead and book. I clicked on the link and it never retrieved the flight info. I then switched to Microsoft Edge browser (was using Chrome initially) logged into the account I created when I first started the reservation, and now it shows a reservation number, with all our info, but not the seat selections. However, I never input any payment detail, so I am assuming I don't really have a reservation.

I am on a desktop computer on their website, initially using Chrome, then switched to Edge as noted.

At this point I think I may call when I get home from work tomorrow.

I don't know what to think.
