After much reading I think the Swiss Saver pass for 8 days might be the best for for my husband and I but I'm open to wisdom:) We fly into ZRH and then train to Luzern for 3 nights. We plan to use the boats to see as much as we can as well as travel to Mt. Pilatus/Mt. Rigi or both. Travel from Luzern to Murren for 3 nights and plan to to do Jungfrauch and Schlithorn and Trummelbach Falls. Travel from Murren to Montreux for 2 nights and again use the trains and boats. On day 9 we travel from Montreux to Dijon, France and I am assuming we will have to purchase a separate ticket for this.....correct? Also is the routing for this via Lausanne to Dijon and if I purchase the ticket in Switzerland will it cover the entire journey to Dijon? One more question....how far ahead can a Swiss Saver Pass be purchased....our trip starts August 28th. Thank you all so much for your help.
