I found a really good deal on the Deutsche Bahn site, 42 Euro for both of us from Bruges to Colonge. Except they are saying online delivery not available, tickets per mail only (generally 2-3 days), though I'm guessing that means they will send them out in 2-3 days. We are leaving the U.S on May 31, is it too risky to purchase these and expect them to arrive here before we leave for our trip?

I just bought some tickets on DB on 4-10 and I have had my tickets for a long time already. Unfortunately, I did not note how quickly they arrived, but the order process date on the ticket is 4-11. I'm pretty sure they were in my hands within a week or so.

Can you get the same fare through either Thalys or Belgian rail? They would allow you to collect your ticket in Belgium or print it out at home. You'd probably be ok with them mailing tickets as well... a week or two should be sufficient.
We ordered tickets through SNCF last year and they took 12 days to arrive...
