Yes, but since a ticket only costs 4.40 EUR, why would you waste a pass day on it?
PS, it is not SUB24844 to Leco, but S8 24844 to Lecco.

yes its a 15 day continous pass. and eurail has confirmed that it can be used on regional and suburban trains.
