Is anyone else having rail reservation problems?

We have purchaed month-long Eurail Global passes for our June trip. A few of our trips require reservations, and we have been on the RailEurope website to book these. Our order was placed. Then a couple days later, when we thought we would be receiving the UPS signature-required delivery of the reservations, we instead received an email. It indicated that their system is not yet updated for summer, that we can't yet be sent our reservations, and our order is being held in queue in the order it was received. But that was 2 weeks ago and we leave in just over 2 weeks (for rail travel to begin in about 4 weeks). Is anyone else experiencing this? We don't know how much longer to wait before contacing RailEurope...and don't know how successful our communication will be. Any thoughts?

I wish there were a way that we could get people to read this before they get rail passes.

ETA: If you are leaving in 2 weeks but you won't be traveling until 4 weeks, make your reservations when you arrive. (Unless they are for night trains, in which case you are probably already too late)

Euraide will sell you as many reservations as you wish for as many trains as you wish at the in-Europe price for one $60 processing fee. See www.euraide.com for the details and for their US phone number. I suggest that you call them and see if they they can help you in a timely manner. If they can, then cancel your order with Rail Europe.

After emails and calls, we were able to reach the folks at Rail Europe. They confirmed the tickets that have been entered in the system and we received them via UPS in less than 24 hours! Unfortunately, some of the trains we had hoped to get reserved in advance have not yet been entered into the "system," so we will just purchase those once in Europe.
