Hi to all of you travelers who understand the DB site for looking up train information. I'm trying to determine if their is a train that I can take directly from Charles DeGaul airport to Reims to start a RS tour. I think I found that there is. However, when I look for the price, it has a symbol that seems to indicate that the price is not available on line? Is there a way to find out the price or just book it and see what shows up on your credit card? I'm trying to find this information for next May and know that is too far out, so just to get an idea, I put a date in March. Nothing. Any suggestions? Thx in advance.
You have to use the French rail to see prices http://www.sncf.com/
Or https://www.trainline.eu/
DB shows schedules for trains not originating or terminating in Germany not the prices.
thanks so much!!
Yes, while the DB site has schedules for almost all trains in Europe, it only has prices for trains starting or ending in Germany. Here's a great list of where to start looking for prices for any train, from rail guru The Man In Seat 61: http://www.seat61.com/Europe-train-tickets.htm
