I like to check mapquest to not only read directions from point A to point B, but also to visually look at the route. It looks like mapquest doesn't cover Ireland. I have checked AA Ireland, but it only has written directions with no map attached. Is there a website like mapquest for Ireland?
Here you go Google Maps, it opens up to a map of the US, but click Get Directions and then input from and to locations in Ireland. It doesn't work exactly like Mapquest, but if you experiment a little you'll see how you can click on each direction and the map will show each segment, not quite like Mapquest but close. Also this website Viamichelin, experiment with it and you'll see how it shows you a map of each segment.
Thanks Kent.
Try www.mappy.com.
The nice feature of google maps is you can add multiple destination points. I am not sure what you travel plans are but you can keep adding destinatinos and not only will it tell you the total time/distance of the trip but also the time/distance between legs of the trip.
