International Arrival at Dulles

Can anyone tell me when you get off the plane at Dulles how you reach the International Arrivals Building (IAB)? I will be returning on a British Airways flight and I see on a map that the IAB is located next to the baggage carousel 15, but no clear way about how to reach it.

www.travelersaid.org, Dulles Airport has answers to getting around in the airport. From terminal B to the main terminal there is a high speed underground train which gets you there pretty quickly. However, depending upon which gate you arrive, it still can be a hike to get to the train. If you have any mobility challenges, request a wheelchair from BA (when booking or a few days before your flight).

Do not worry about it. Just follow the flow. As an international arrival, prior to immigration, your path will be tightly controlled so that you don't accidentally enter the US by mistake. Once you clear immigration you will be directed to a carousel for checked luggage (if no checked luggage - walk pass it) and then through customs. If on a connecting flight, you will then drop your checked bags on a carousel for your connection airline, then through security and on to your connecting gate. If your flight ends in Dulles, you walk out the door. The process is tightly controlled and you have no options.
