Internat'l journalsim festival perugia 2013

I am planning to attend the Int'l Jouranlism Festival in Perugia in April 2013. Is bus or train from FCO (Rome) best? Any info anyone wants to share about the festival will be appreciated. This will be my first time there. Many thanks,
