I understand its close to Nice but is it walking close from the train station?

you can take the coast train line from nice to antibes. there is a 10 min walk from the train station to the museum, just ask locals they'll direct you. walk towards the water, it's pretty close to the marina, you can't get lost.

Is the Costal train the same as the train from Monaco or is it a different train? If it is different does it leave from the same train station the train from Monaco arrives at? Thanks

It will quite possibly be the same train, but if not it's the same station in Nice and it isn't incredibly large.
