Iceland - Need to prebook bus from Keflavik airport to Reykjavik?

Since there unfortunately is no Iceland-specific forum, I figure this is the next best place to ask:

For those of you who have traveled to Reykjavik, do you recommend pre-booking a shuttle from Keflavik airport to Reykjavik? Or is there a bus that leaves the airport regularly enough to be able to catch one once we clear customs/passport control? Also, if we do not pre-book said shuttle, would you recommend taking out cash from an airport ATM to pay for it, or is it convenient enough to pay with a credit card?

Thanks!

We bought that ticket on the plane. Stewardesses were selling it before landing. I don't know if you can prebook it.

Flybus leaves about a half hour after every arriving flight and there's no need to pre-book. They actually leave when people stop showing up.

I think you have to pre-book whatever the competition one is.

Flybus will take dollars, euro, or a credit card - - and obviously krona.

I can't remember who runs the atms, but it sticks in my mind that it's a screw-job currency exchange outfit. - - get a little money if you must, but the deal is better in town.

My information is a good three years old.

Thanks for the tips! Sounds like we don't need to worry about booking a shuttle.
