I bought round trip Saga Premium tickets before May 1st when that class of ticket had outstation lounge access. My question is, has anyone else had this type of ticket and did you have any difficulty using the lounges in NY or Europe? When I question Iceland Air, they say of course you have access because of the purchase date however, how do the outposts know I should be allowed in?
I tried to pay the fare difference to Saga Premium Flex so I would be assured access and was told I couldn’t do that.
Any help/experience with this is appreciated
