I have the BVG jelbi AP but can't get past the postal code and address. It also only gives me a choice of Deutschland as a county. What am I doing wrong? We will be spending the month of September in Germany. Is there a better AP to use for people from the US to use?

I did a search for that but it came up with nothing. I did read the thread when it was first put on the forum which is why I did the search. Thank you for the link.

You have to buy the app through vendors that will allow purchases from people outside Germany, as not all of them do. That was addressed in the link Nigel posted.

Thanks Mardee. I will use that. Just what we need. My husband contacted his cousins in Germany and it is so much easier for them to buy the tickets than it is for us buying the tickets. I will buy the tickets with each of our iphones.
