Mom & I will be flying Vueling from Barcelona to Paris, and I want to know how early do we need to report to the airport and what is the carry on baggage limits?

Two hours should be sufficient, and their website lists a carryon baggage limit of 10 kg/22 lbs.

For checked baggage, Vueling will limit you to 20kg. Over 20kg and you will pay 8euro per kg. Ouch!!.
Here's the info directly from their website. "Each passenger can transport in the hold (according to luggage allowance) up to a maximum of 20kg of luggage, for which they must pay the corresponding fee (€4,5 per flight and suitcase when this service is contracted through our website, and €9 per flight and suitcase when it is contracted in the airport). The passenger must pay €8 per kg of luggage that exceeds the 20kg limit mentioned above."

The size of the carry on is what gets me, which is 55 x40 x20cm (21.6 x15.5 x7.87in). Everything is fine until you get to the depth. It is under 8inches. Most US carryons are at least 9 inches.
