I bought someone their Eurail Pass and now they can't get on their Pass

Hi, I bought my and my friend's Eurail Passes together. I can get on my Eurail pass on the app, but she can't. Yikes! What can we do?

The pass should come with a code (similar to an airline passenger code) that you enter in the app, to get the pass.
