I bought 2 tickets on KLM. One for me and one for my daughter. We have had to cancel our flights. I opted to receive vouchers. The vouchers were issued separately, one for me and one for my daughter. Has anyone had any luck getting KLM or any airline to combine the vouchers?
I have emailed KLM. I can't see calling them at this stage. I'm sure they are overwhelmed with more important issues.
Kateja; did you check the conditions of the vouchers issued by KLM? Article 3 of the voucher conditions says the following;
“Voucher can be used by:
* the owner of the voucher,
* passengers holding the same family name,
* passengers travelling together with the original voucher owner, at the time the voucher is being redeemed.”

Yes I did check. My daughter and I have different last names. I was wondering if I can use a voucher with someone else's name. Probably not. Even though I paid for the original tickets.
