How to get from Warsaw to Mi?dzyrzec Podlaski.

We will be two days in Warsaw, Poland in July and would like to visit Mi?dzyrzec Podlaski. Is it possible to get there by bus or train?
We also want to get an idea of prices for a car and an English speaking driver?
