I would like to visit the Rouen cathedral while in Honfleur. Is there a bus or train or combo that could get me to Rouen in a timely manner?

There is no train station in Honfleur. You can take a bus from Honfleur to Le Havre. The ride takes 35 minutes, but service is limited. For timetables (in French), go here. On weekdays mornings direct trains from Le Havre to Rouen-Rive Droite depart at 07:54, 07:59, 09:03, 09:59, and 12:00. The ride takes just under one hour. On Saturdays the trains depart at 07:54, 07:59, 09:11, 09:59, and 12:00. On Sundays the trains depart at 07:54, 07:59, and 10:59.
