I bought Trenitalia train tickets through Trainline (www.trainline.eu) to travel from Naples to Orvieto. I want to exchange the tickets to change my departure to leave on the same day, but to depart 2 hours later ( there may be a difference in cost). Is it possible to exchange the ticket, (its a first-class economy ticket), if so, how do I do the ticket exchange? I sent several emails to customer service of Trainline, and they have not responded.

You will need to go the Trenitalia counter to make an exchange. Here is what I pulled up on the trainline.eu site economy fare first-class ticket: "Economy: Can be exchanged without any fees for a “Base” fare ticket, only before departure and at a Trenitalia ticket counter. Strictly non-refundable." I doubt they will respond via email.
