Does anyone know how long it might be from the time you send in a note to Steves rail tickets people, using the contact us button, until you get a response? I assume there are a lot of people contacting their office that way. I tried calling to get information about my rail pass planning but only got a busy signal, it may be my phone. I sent them an itinerary and am interested in getting their opinion on which rail pass to get. I leave for 94 days on January 21.
