How is Norwegian Airlines to fly?

We just need a flight that is safe, won’t lose our checked bag and will not be cancelled. Would you just go with Air France or Norwegian Air?

There is really no way to assure your flight won’t be cancelled, delayed, or your bag won’t be lost. I’d make sure that you are arriving at least a day in advance of your cruise so that you have time to get another flight if something goes wrong.

That being said, I’ve flown both airlines and I’d choose Norwegian to save $100. However, make sure you are really saving $100 after adding in things like bag checking fees and seat selection, etc. If prices were comparable, I’d choose the one with the more convenient time.

Norwegian is usually regarded as amongst the top end of the budget airlines. Skytrax gives it a 4 star rating. Interestingly, they only give Delta 3 stars.

We flew Bordeaux to Oslo on Norweigian two years ago and it was just fine. A good flight, no frills but safely got us from A to B. And as it's not too long of a flight, that was just fine.

I will never travel again on Norwegian after a cancelled flight followed by zero help and no replacement booking.

Look up the actual price with Norwegian after you add cabin luggage, and checked in luggage and other things you want. You can also check SAS, they also have direct flights from Paris to Oslo and are now a Skyteam member, meaning you can get Delta frequent flier points when flying SAS.
