I would like to book a return flight with Lufthansa in October 2019, Anyone know how far out Lufthansa has its booking calendar?

For flying to Germany, you might consider Condor Airlines if they serve your city. They are booking flights for next October now. From Seattle to Frankfurt you can go for as little as $829 roundtrip in their most basic economy, or $2400 roundtrip in Business Class.

Yes, 330 days is standard for the main carriers. Condor is affiliated with Thomas Cook and their vacation packages, and they offer booking more than a year in advance. And their prices are better then. We got that $1199 one-way Business Class price for our flight last August by booking 14 months in advance.
