How do you buy a Prem ticket or rail in France?

I was told that these are better priced, but I do not see how to purchase these when I go into the SNCF site or Rail Europe.

Help please. Thanks.

You won't find Prem's on the Rail Europe site. RE only sells full-fare tickets. Prem's are available on many but not all TGV routes. They'e not sold for regional trains. To get a Prem's fare (if offered), book as soon as the 90-day booking window opens. They sell out fast. There are other discount fares, too, like Loisir.

Book IN FRENCH at www.voyages-sncf.com. If the allotted number of Prem's tickets have been sold for a particular date and time on the route of your choice, Prem's won't appear as one of your fare choices.
