I have a ticket to go from Brussels to Cochem, Germany. How do I know which train to take in Cologne?
And other transfer in Kochlenz, Germany?
My trip is October.

Your itinerary should have a PL (platform number) listed and a departure time for each of your transfers
Have you been to an airport and wondered how to find which plane to take?
If you managed to find your plane, you will be able to find your train, it works more or less the same.
I'm just looking for the track number.
Your train may not stop at both of them, but note that there is a minor station in Koblenz, as well as the main station. So read the name of your transfer station carefully. How did you come up with Kochlenz?
If this is your first trip on a train in Europe, you might want to go to the Deutsche Bahn website,
https://int.bahn.de/en
and pretend to be booking this trip. You'll see many possible journeys, so select the one that starts with your first train, on the ticket you have. Then expand the details for each train.
This is a good exercise, because if there is a disruption of some kind (like the volcanic eruptions that affect airplane flights ... ) you might need to do some research on the fly.
If you post again, please tell us where you bought the ticket(s) you have. Perhaps it was not the "original seller", Deutsche Bahn or NMBS, the corresponding Belgian agency. Do you happen to have seat reservations? At a crowded time of year, that can be convenient.
If you are looking for ICE travel all the way from Köln to Cochem, you won't find any. There are only regional trains between Koblenz and Cochem.
If you have an open ticket, good for any train, just take any train that shows it is headed to, or through, Koblenz.
In Koblenz take any train headed to Trier. Some trains to Cochem show they are going to Luxembourg or Mannheim.
October is a long time away. Most of the people that will be with you on this trip will not even have bought their train tickets yet.
And your travel being so far in the future is that there is a lot of opportunity for DB to confuse you with all kinds of emails about "your trip no longer being possible". Ignore these emails.
In stead, a few days before your trip go on www.bahn.de and look up "Brussel" to "Cochem". You will see what the actual time table is on your travel date, at which stations you will need to change, and what platform your next train will be one.
It is possible to have a late notice platform change. Take the one on the ticket as a guide but always check the departure board before you go the platform, it only takes a second.
How are you getting to Brussel Zuid / Brussels Midi station? If you're arriving across the Channel on Eurostar there is a special ICE passageway I can tell you about.
If you're coming off the street there are several copies of the departure board. The platforms are all upstairs on an escalator or stairs or lift, and are in numerical order, just like an airport. You'll want to look for the final destination of your train on the departure board, it will be in big letters and easy to find. Intermediate stations will scroll underneath in smaller size. Koblenz, if that what you meant, isn't an ICE terminal station so it will be in the smaller letters of the train going beyond.
Thank you for replying.
Yes i bought the ticket on Bahn and yes I have seat registrations.
I getting to Brussels by car.
