How do I book a ÖBB NightJet Sleeper Supplement with a railpass?

We’re taking a long night train from Bern to Berlin in mid June. Where do I reserve this trip via paying the supplement with the Eurail Global Flexpass?

Indeed, our plan is to get to Basel for the train - thank you for clarifying.

I will indeed call the OBB to book the supplement.
