How critical is it that the passport name match the eurorail pass?

4 of us are traveling on a 21 day EurRail Global saver pass. One of the 4 names listed does not match the passport name (the name on the Eurorail Pass only has the middle name spelled incorrectly - Graig instead of Craig) The last name is correct. When I asked the issuer to fix it they said I wouldn't have any problem. Is this true?
