My tour ends in Belfast, so taking bus back to Dublin for one night to fly home. Would like to stay close to airport that offers a shuttle but trying to keep my cost down.

The Radisson Blu and the Maldron are on the airport grounds with frequent fast shuttles to the terminals. There are other hotels, some cheaper but certainly adequate, in and around the nearby town of Swords. Booking.com can locate and filter your options, but it's best to book directly with the hotel.
There's nonstop bus service between downtown Belfast and Dublin Airport, takes about two hours. I used Aircoach, and there's another one also.

Consider too the Premier Inn located just a few minutes away. It's budget but quite nice, and they run frequent shuttles to the terminal for door-to-door service.

Thank you so much to Dick and Robert for your suggestions, I greatly appreciate the recommendations from people that have experienced what I want to know. My trip to Ireland isn't until 9/27 but its too early to receive the info packet from RS, and I like to reach out to the hotel directly when staying a day prior and after.
