hotel near heathrow and the subway

I'm arriving at Heathrow on a sunsay night at 6:30pm and my connecting flight leaves at 9 am on Monday morning. I plan to stay as close to the airport as possible but would like to be able to walk to a subway station for a quick trip into London Sunday night. Can anyone recommend a hotel? Thanks.
