Just wanted to give a shout out to Francesco del Pizzo for anyone who wants a stress free way to see the best of the Amalfi Coast. Booked Francesco through Rick's recommendations in his ITALY book. He was amazing! Used him to transport us from the Naples train station to our hotel in Sorrento, and then for a full day Amalfi Coast tour. His Mercedes van was immaculate, very spacious and comfortable. The man himself was gracious, with an understated classiness and amazing depth of knowledge of the area. He was flexible enough with his itinerary to fit an hour of swimming time for us at Fiordo Furore (something I highly recommend also). Also he had a great sense of humor!
On top of this, though he personally was unavailable, he was able to hook us (my family of 4) up with another driver to take us back to Naples on our last day in Italy, AND arrange a personal tour guide for us at Pompeii on our way! I cannot recommend Francesco enough, he was one of the highlights of our 2 week trip!
