Good Morning, I am driving through Spain on a Pilgraimage in May. Would you please advise me on the best route to follow, driving from Avila, to Segovia and then to Zaragoza? Thank you,
Jeannette Thomas
I'm not real sure of the question or what 'best' means, but it's four-lane freeway the whole way. The only deviation (still freeway) is the twenty-five or thrity mile spur up to Segovia which comes into play about halfway from Aviila to the Madrid northern bypass. You can probably do the whole thing in six or seven hours of driving time.
Jeannette This is a public website, and putting your whole name in your post may not be entirely wise. Anybody can read it and if your name as posted is real it doesn't take a rocket scientist to put your name and town together with any dates you might disclose. Can I suggest you log in and edit your post to remove your family name?
Nigel. Do you have proof that this has ever happened? Monte L. Steiger
Monte, The time has long gone when what Nigel points out was recognised as a way forward for a burglar and made the news. I have found your address easily.
Not only that, but Monte has a checking balance of $36,578,365.13 and has a criminal history of hog and watermelon thievery.
Jeannette, I use www.viamichelin.com Put in the start and finish points, add stops. You can choose a route from, Michelin recommended, fastest, shortest, sightseeing and economical. Total driving time on Michelin recommended route for the three stops above is about 5 1/2 hours.
Well, my hogs have to eat and they like watermelon. A deputy lives next door, and a state trooper lives down a few houses. People look out for each other around here. That, however, does not mean you would not be welcome for coffee.
