We were concerned that we would have trouble getting a refund from Hertz due to their recent bankruptcy action. We had reserved a car in Edinburgh for 3 weeks in mid July. Fortunately, my husband was able to obtain a refund after a 15 minute wait on the phone. Thank you, Hertz, for making it relatively easy.
