Help with Wizz air

Yikes! I am trying to cancel a flight from Brussels to Prague via Wizz air and am having no luck. Can't reach anyone to do the cancel. Any suggestions? I am willing to just not show up for the flight but the charges look astronomical (over $300 CAD).
