When booking a London-Speziel ticket from London to Germany that includes a eurostar ticket, how do you properly register and undertake "booking" on the eurostar rail? I am under the impression that the Bahn tickets include the eurostar but a 15 euro fee is required to book a seat reservation on the eurostar, but how do I do that? Thanks!
