Help! Reserving train tickets two days in advance from Milan Italy

My husband, daughter and I are trying to travel from Milan to Florence 9/26. I tried to reserve Eurostar tickets but it said it has to be 5 days in advance. Is there any other way to book? Can we get tickets at the station without reservations?

You can get your tickets at the station..and if it's a train that is "reservations compulsory" you just get a reservation then too. If you can do it a day or two or three ahead, that's best...Just do it as soon as you can when you're in an Italian train station.
Hope that helps

Thanks Tom:

I really appreciate your quick response.

According to the schedule there are trains every hour so we will head right to the station from the airport.
