Last year, we used a private shuttle company called Orbita. The driver was fantastic and acted like a tour guide on our drive into town. We paid €26 for the two of us and we considered it well worth the cost after a long trip from Portland to Ljubljana. Email: info@orbita.si. Phone: +386 40 88 77 66. http: www.orbita.si. I don't remember where I got the name of the company, but I'm assuming it was in the pre-trip info from Rick Steves (Adriatic tour).
