Help - how to book train from Venice to Biel/Bienne

I'm trying to book train from Venice to Biel on Sep 23, 09. I've searched in sbb & DB website & choose a good route (Venice to Bern to Biel) but can't book from both website. SBB only have option to retrieve ticket from Switzerland's ticket booth or via mail while I travel from Venice & not stay in 1 place long enough to wait for mail. DB & CIS absolutely no internet booking allowed.
Any advises on what other websites I should look for. Thanks a ton in advance.

Buy your ticket from Venice to Bern when you get to Italy. There are 4 S-Bahn trains/hour from Bern to Biel. Buy a ticket when you get to Bern and jump on the next available train.
