Help! Having trouble with sncf-payment failed & I can't get them

I booked a ticket a few hours ago and had the booking up until the payment part and then it came back with error. Sncf later emailed me that the payment had failed and that I contact the technical_information regarding my booking. The address provided couldn't be delivered - came back with a failure notice. What should I do? I am unsure whether I should book again as I do not want to double book. I had no problems 2 bookings with Eurostar. Where did it go wrong. I used France as my country.

Try contacting your credit card company to see if they blocked the transaction. Mine did. I waited a day to be sure it hadn't cleared and tried a second time.

I did the same thing that your previous replier suggested. Unfortuneately that didn't do it and I am still trying to figure it out. The first tickets I bought I had to use PayPal which was fine, but this purchase does not list that as an option. If you do find out from someone, would you post on my ? as well? Thanks,
