I cant reach the vendor or the car company where I'm picking up my car to add snow tires. (pick up in 10 days!) One number just rings, and the other phone number I just leave messages. I've also sent emails with no response!

Susan, It's odd that your post was rejected when you had the name of the rental firm listed. You might try listing the name with an extra letter or two (ie: deliberately misspelling) or add the name with an "*" or "-" between each letter. Just a thought....

There must be a policy against mentioning names, because when I tried to put a name in the initial question, the question was rejected. Anyway, probably the largest non-american supplier. there the number just rings and rings and I cant find a "generic" number for the company. I have a backup reservation through travelocity and have alternative arrangements, but this one is prepaid.

So I saw companies listed other places, Cardelmar is the wholesaler, and the rental is Europcar France.
