Help booking overnight train on Bahn

Having difficulty booking an overnight train on the Bahn website. I’m looking for an overnight from Amsterdam to Frankfurt. We will have a global pass but I can’t seem to find a way to only pay the supplement. Can anyone help?

It seems not to be possible on this connection. Sometimes a button pops up saying "Nur Aufpreis buchen" (in the German version), but not here. But otherwise, this journey is too short for a night train, only 4 hours with ICE. With the night train cnnection you have to change trains in Stuttgart at 4 AM!

Um, strange. Christophe is correct, IF you try to book from Amsterdam to Frankfurt. And the trains do bypass Frankfurt and go directly to Karlsruhe and Stuttgart, and you have to come back on an ICE. However, I found that if you book Amsterdam to Stuttgart separately, it will allow you to pay for just the Aufpreis (supplement). Then, since you are on a railpass and would have used the second day of the pass, the trip from Stuttgart back to Frankfurt is included on that day of the pass.

But I also agree that it seems rather pointless to use a night train just to Frankfurt, since you can do that run in only 4 hours in the evening. There is a 3h56m direct ICE connection leaving Amsterdam at 18:34 and getting into Ffm at 22:30.
