Help booking on SJ and phone cards

Anyone have trouble booking on SJ? I'm having trouble with them accepting my CC. I'm booking from Stockholm to Oslo. They have no e-mail on the contacts page. Anyone have an e-mail for them. I was considering PennyTalk to call them. Anyone recommend a different/better phone card recommendation?
