Heathrow to St. Pancras Station

Our family of five is arriving at Heathrow at 7:05 a.m. on Wednesday, June 18, with carry-on luggage. What's the best way to get to St. Pancras Station and how much time should we allow for passport control, travel time, 1/2 hour check-in, etc.? There's a Eurostar train that leaves at 11:05 a.m. with the best fare. Can we make it?

What if your plane is 3-4 hours late.

Under normal circumstances you can make the connection.

The simplest and cheapest way to get from LHR to St Pancras is to take the Piccadilly line on the underground to Kings Cross / St Pancras. It's not a very interesting journey and at that time in the morning it gets a little crowded but it gets you there.

Alternatively you can take the Heathrow Express to Paddington. It costs a little more. Then you can take the circle line to Kings Cross / St Pancras.
