Staying in a flat near Putney Bridge next week- I assume taxi would be priciest and most time efficient..... What abt the tube? Looking online it appears we would have to go to central London first?? Advice please!
Tube: Take the Piccadilly Line from Heathrow to Earl's Court. Transfer to the District Line and take it to Putney Bridge. The total travel time is 47 minutes. A private car service will be much cheaper than a taxi. Just Airports gives a discount for paying cash. Putney Bridge is in postal code SW6. The cash fare for a saloon (sedan) from Heathrow to anywhere in that postal code is £32.
Thanks Tim!
