Can anyone have experience travelling Germany to Lisbon? Train? ??

Fly for sure. Train would take forever (OK 1 1/2 days).

Definitely by air, unless you want to spend a fortnight doing it stopping off in different places along the way. In particular rail services across the border between Spain and Portugal are very limited.
