Grounded in London due to ASH

My party of 4 has tickets to fly to Dublin tomorrow (Saturday) but it seams like we may be grounded due to volcano ash. I am currently researching taking the train/ferry route. Can anyone suggest the best way to get the least expensive tickets last minute?

Thanks for the help...I did manage to get a train and ferry for about twice the price. Now I just need to find out how to get my tax refund from Aerlingus.

'Sailrail'. Go to Euston station and ask for a SailRail single to Dublin. It ought to cost around £30 each and take about 7 hours. Though all ferries and Eurostars are pretty much full, given the lack of air traffic
