Leaving for Athens this Tuesday. We made reservations with Greeceferries.com and did not receive confirmation in any form and have been charged for the tickets. We got an error message and each time we go to the site, the online chat option is down. We have tried emailing the company. And, let our bank know what is happening. Should we cancel the reservations, stop payment and purchase tickets with another company? If so, who do you suggest? Thanks for your help!
did you check your email span folder? Sometimes incoming messages from foreign countries end up there.
Good thinking! But nothing there. Tried calling but the time zone makes it late. Sent an email to the one provided and Google responded that it was undeliverable.
I think in that situation I would cancel the charge on my credit card (assuming you still can) and either try some other company or just buy the tickets when you get there.
