Hi - Forgive me if this has been answered here... I'm looking at going from Granada to Segovia by train. Rail Europe says I have 45 mins to change trains in Madrid and not just platforms but stations. I have to go from Madrid Atocha (arrive 1:35 PM) and then catch a train for Segovia at Madrid Chamartin at 2:20PM. Is this possible?? Would I be better off just catching a bus from Madrid to Segovia? (I'm staying near the Aqueduct) I only have one night in Segovia so I would like to get there as early as possible. Many thanks

First, R Europe is NOT the best source of information for schedules. Use bahn.de and you might find better options.

While it is possible, I really do not think only 45 minutes is enough. If you miss the train, you lose the value of your ticket. Check the renfe schedule (not Rail Europe which often posts only schedules and I know from experience short-changes transfers).
